Service Payments

Payments made for digital services are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Before Project Start

If a project is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and planning costs.

No Refunds For

• Completed or partially completed work
• Delays caused by missing client inputs
• Change of mind after project initiation
